Copyright Policy:
The images produced by Kristine-Elise Photography are protected by Federal Copyright Law and may not be reproduced in any manner without Kristine-Elise Photography's written permission. It is a breach of agreement to not only reproduce these images, but to display them on social networking sites.
Cancellation Policy:
All session fees are non-refundable and are due at the time of booking. If payment is not received within 48 hours of booking then your requested date and time is not reserved and may be made available to another party. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your session date. Wait times may vary.

Weather Policy:
In the event of weather conditions that are out of our control:
If a client has been contacted and advised to reschedule due to weather concerns and the client proceeds with the session and it rains, limiting the time and photographs, the client will be charged for an additional session to reschedule or shoot additional photos if they choose to do so. Due to photography equipment, it is up to Kristine-Elise Photography's discretion to cancel during a session due to weather conditions.
Appearance Policy:
Kristine-Elise Photography will not be held accountable for not photographing desired people if there is no one to assist in the identification or gathering of people for the photographs. Kristine-Elise Photography is not responsible if key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during sessions. In the event that the client (you) would like additional photos due to appearance (clothing, hair, makeup, etc.) during the session, you will be charged for an additional session to reschedule or shoot additional photos.
